Refund Policy

Our return policy is for 30 continuous days, from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since you made the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a change or return.

In order to make the return, the item must not have been used and must be in the same conditions in which you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Many products are not eligible to apply the return policy. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift Cards
  • Products with downloadable software
  • Personal and healthy care items

To complete the return, we require the receipt to verify the purchase.

Please do not send the product to the factory

There are certain situations where only the partial refund is guaranteed: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, software *, videogames *, vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing some part for reasons that have nothing to do with us.
  • Any item that is returned after 30 days of receipt.

Refund (If applicable)

Once the refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that we have indeed received the returned item. We’ll also notify you if the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied immediately to your credit card or your original method of payment, over a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to actually be reflected.

Then contact your bank. The process may take some time before it is reflected.

Items on Sale (if applicable)

Only items with a regular price can be refunded, unfortunately the items on offer are not eligible for refunds.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to sales@wholeinstore.com and send your article to: http://wholeinstore.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. **********

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the one who bought the gift shipped the order to his house to deliver it later, we will send a refund to the buyer and in this way he will know of the return. ***********

Shipping

To return your product you must send it to the address specified by mail sent from sales@wholeinstore.com

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive the refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the changed product to arrive may vary.

If you are sending an item over $ 75, you should consider using a shipping tracking service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee to receive the returned item, as it can be lost during the transfer, so we suggest to send it canceled the freight with insurance included by the returning buyer.
